Starting in IT as a QA engineer, Boris then grew to a sales and a product manager.

Boris approaches every project with a passion which magnifies his excellent skills in problem-solving, communication, and negotiating. After mastering a high-level PM, he learned to create appropriate conditions for everyone to reveal their best for the whole team to succeed. People are the biggest asset for him.
