Bluewater is a consulting firm that offers selection consulting, implementation, customization, support and more for Learning and Talent Management Software. Bluewater had worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Chevron, Alliance Data, JetBlue Airways & Neiman Marcus – but you wouldn’t know it by looking at their sales and marketing materials.
Although they had experienced much success, they were ready to take their marketing efforts to the next level. Their look was outdated, and they had many different versions of sell-sheets, PowerPoint templates and trade-show collateral. Bluewater needed to unify their message through consistent, easy to understand collateral in order to support their quickly growing sales and consulting team.
With a new logo and messaging, Bluewater engaged our team to help curate their existing content and develop new collateral. Our experience with software consulting firms aided us in writing content that would clearly explain Bluewater’s services and could be used throughout multiple channels. We worked with each department head to understand their services, combining that knowledge with the company’s core vision and values to create clear, concise sell-sheets and advertising pieces. After interviewing team members, we developed consistent biographies that highlighted the expertise of each leader while adding credibility to their story.
On the visual side, we developed a series of icons, selected new imagery, and created diagrams that helped communicate the new brand. With our help, Bluewater was able to accelerate their growth with a brand that represents who they truly are and merits the credibility they deserve.
